 KARYN EDWARDS is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas and has earned her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. She has been with RE/MAX 1st Source since April of 2003 and prior to that was with Century 21. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she and her husband owned a computer company. After selling in 1996, they started investing in real estate which has become their business passion.

She resides in Seabrook with her husband Jason and daughters Jessica, 20 and Holly, 16. She is very involved with their church and she enjoys traveling and reading.

JESSICA EDWARDS has been a license real estate agent since January 2007. She is currently attending University of Houston Clear Lake in persuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration. She is Karyn's Marketing and Administrative Assistant. Jessica coaches a junior high volleyball team during the fall semesters. On Novemeber 15, 2008 she will be married to Matthew Dyson. Traveling and spending time with her family and friends is what she enjoys the most.

  JASON EDWARDS is our team's 3rd agent and the husband of Karyn. Prior to becoming a realtor, Jason owned a computer company which he sold in 1996. He started investing in single family homes, office buildings, and apartment complexes. He joined Re/Max 1st Source in January 2005 to assist Karyn. Jason primarily works with first time & seasonal investors.

Jason resides with his family in Seabrook. He enjoys long distance bike riding, running & flying lessons.
